Rules and Regulations of parking of Vehicles during IOACON 2004 Agra are enclosed herewith. Kindly go through it. You are kindly requested to follow the same to avoid any inconvenience.

1. All those exhibitors who are having their local representatives at Agra are being advised to deposit the parking charges in the Agra office of “IOACON 2004” though their local representatives, latest by 09-12-2004. Parking stickers (Pass) for theirs vehicles will be distributed in advance to these local representatives on 10-12-2004 and 11-12-2004 from Agra office of IOACON 2004 Agra. Local representatives may deposit the parking charges either in cash or by a DD drawn in favour of “IOACON 2004 Agra” payable at New Delhi.

2.Those exhibitors who are not having their local representative at Agra will also get the parking facility “on the spot” by paying the parking charges in CASH ONLY

3. Parking charges are being fixed as follows

(a) For light four wheelers	:	Rs 300/- per vehicle to be paid once for all the days.
(b) For Buses/Trucks or any other Commercial heavy vehicle	:	Rs 500/- per vehicle to be paid once for all the days.
(c) For Two wheelers	:	Free

4.You are kindly requested to send the following information to Agra Office at the earliest (if you have not send it before) by e-mail/Post or through your local representative at Agra.

(a) Name & Address of the Company/Firm
(b) Name of Contact person at head office with contact number (Preferably Mobile No.)
(c) Name & Address of Contact person at Agra (if any) with contact number (Preferably Mobile No.)
(d) Total number of Light four wheelers
(e) Total number of large vehicles (Buses, Truck or any)
(f) Total number of two wheelers
(g) Number of guests
(h) Place of stay at Agra

5. Unloading of material for stalls at the venue is being permitted only from 7.00 PM (15-12-2004) to 6.00 AM 16-12-2004.
