Delegates are kindly/strongly requested/ advised to strictly follow the Rules & Regulations of vehicle parking (as given below) to avoid any chances of traffic jam / chaos and hence to avoid any inconvenience to themselves and to conference administration too. Following are the informations about Management and rulings of parking :

1. None of the vehicles will be allowed to be parked inside the premise of the venue.

2.None of the vehicles will be allowed to be parked on the road sides in front of the boundry wall of the venue.If so happens,the vehicle will be immediately towed by the local police and all necessary legal actions may be imposed upon the owner of the vehicle by the local police.

3. Conference administration has managed for the separate parking spaces for the vehicles of the delegates including for the cars, buses and two wheelers in the vicinity of the venue .

4. Buses :
[a] Arrival : Buses will drop the delegates at a prefixed arrival area in the parking space for the buses. After leaving the bus(es), the delegates will have to walk only about hundred meters to reach the venue. Buses will not be allowed to drop the delegates on road sides in front of the venue.
[b] Departure : Similarily, at the time of departure, the delegates will have to walk only about hundred meters to reach a prefixed departure area for the buses

5. Cars :
[a] Arrival :
(a) Chauffer driven cars will drop the delegates on the road sides in front of the venue and will immediately move ahead to the parking area. Location for the parking area(s) for cars will be well indicated by sign boards .
(b) Self driven cars will reach the parking area directly and will be parked there. Then the delegates will have to walk for a few meters from the parking area to reach the venue .
(c) there is provision of space for comfortable stay of drivers in the parking area during conference hours.

[b] Departure:
(a) No car will be allowed to pick up the delegates from the main gate of the venue or from the road sides in front of the venue.
(b) The delegates will have to walk a few meters to reach the parking area at the time of departure.
(c) Delegates with chauffer driven cars may call their drivers at the announcement booth at parking area by PA System so that they can be guided by their drivers to reach the cars.

[c] Exit route :
Exit route is different from the arrival route and it will be well indicated by the sign boards.

6. Two wheelers :
There is provision of separate area for two wheeler parking in the vicinity of the venue. The location, entry route and exit route will be well indicated by sign boards
